CANCELLATION TERMS
General Conditions
The booking of a guided tour becomes binding once it has been confirmed in writing by both the mountain and ski guide and the client. By booking, the client accepts the following cancellation terms:
Cancellation by the Client
If the client needs to cancel the tour, the following conditions apply:
up to 30 days before the scheduled date: free cancellation
29 to 15 days before the scheduled date: 25% of the agreed fee will be charged as a cancellation fee
14 to 3 days before the scheduled date: 50% of the agreed fee will be charged as a cancellation fee
less than 3 days before the scheduled date: 75% of the agreed fee will be charged as a cancellation fee
Cancellation by the Mountain and Ski Guide
The mountain and ski guide reserves the right to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather conditions, safety risks, illness). In this case, any payment already made will be fully refunded. Further claims by the client are excluded.
Changes due to External Circumstances
If external conditions such as bad weather, avalanche danger, or other safety risks make it impossible to carry out the tour as planned, an alternative route or a replacement date will be agreed upon. A withdrawal from the booking by the client for these reasons is considered a cancellation and is subject to the conditions stated above.
